Service Contracts
Our Service Contracts will help you maintain the performance and productivity of your Eurologix equipment or other manufacturers x-ray security equipment. Eurologix has a global service support infrastructure with regional engineers and customer support teams. We stock all X-ray security manufacturers spare parts at discount prices as we have invested in Bulk purchases of spare parts. Our contracts offer peace of mind by delivering the right service at the right time, and money savings through calculable costs that protect you from unpleasant surprises. We ensure your lifecycle costs are managed and the lifcycle of your equipment increased. Select from our choice of Service Contracts to either build in regular preventative maintenance to your production schedules or, additionally, put a ceiling on the cost of sudden or unexpected breakdown and service visits through a comprehensive package.
Our Service Contracts Platinum Contracts:
- 4 PMs per year (performed at any time of the day)
- 8 hour target to be on site for Platinum Plus Contracts
- 24 hour target to be on site for Platinum Contracts
- 7 call-out per year limit
- All labour, travel, callout charges included
- All parts and parts shipping included
Silver Contracts:
- 4 PMs per year (performed at any time of the day)
- 8 hour target to be on site for Silver Plus Contracts
- 24 hour target to be on site for Silver Contracts
- All labour, travel, callout charges excluded
- All parts and parts shipping excluded
